「誰も〜することなく」→「誰にも〜されずに」
I left without anyone noticing.
→ 誰にも気づかれずに帰りました。
He took the food without anyone seeing him.
→ 彼は誰にも見られずにその食べ物を取りました。
She worked hard without anyone knowing.
→ 彼女は誰にも知られずに頑張りました。

「世の中の／世間にいる」
There are a lot of people out there working hard without anyone knowing.
→ 世の中には、誰にも知られずに頑張っている人がたくさんいる。
もう少し自然で、個人的にはこちらが使いやすいです。
There are a lot of people out there working hard quietly.
→ 世の中には、人知れず黙々と頑張っている人がたくさんいる。
特に quietly は「静かに」だけでなく、この場合は 「目立たず、誰かにアピールすることなく」 というニュアンスを出せます。

他にも、
I’m sure you’ll enjoy Nara.
→ きっと奈良を楽しめるよ。
I’m sure your English will improve.
→ きっと英語は上達するよ。
ポイントは I’m sure + 主語 + 動詞。
そして I’m sure は「100%確信！」という硬い感じより、日常会話では相手を励ます 「きっと〜だよ！」 にとても使いやすい表現です。
